Are you a rock star designer?

We're on the look out for a passionate, mad talented WEB/GRAPHIC DESIGNER. Live anywhere in the world, and develop designs that make a difference.

You must be this tall to go on this ride:

• Experienced, creative and passionate about your work
• Create clean, beautiful websites that work in the real world
• Know HTML and CSS well enough to avoid creating rocking designs 
• Listen to clients and work well with developers
• Aren't scared of a blank canvas
• Masterfully translate functional requirements into simple UIs
• Can create flawless designs without tons of design direction
• Don't regurgitate old designs and "tweak" them to make a "new" design 
• Have expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Consistently meet deadlines, and manage expectations
• Willing to work on contracts until vetted
• Love a challenge
• Want to work on some GREAT projects and really get a chance to shine

No coding necessary, just design, and familiarity with what works on the web.
